How Ginger Helps with Nausea

Sip ginger tea, chew crystallized ginger, or take ginger capsules. For motion sickness, take 30 minutes before travel. For pregnancy nausea, sip ginger tea throughout the morning.

250mg ginger capsules 4 times daily, or 1-2 cups fresh ginger tea. Safe during pregnancy up to 1g/day.
